Third Party Consents; Releases. Shareholders and Company shall provide to the Parent all third party consents, releases and authorizations believed by Parent to be necessary or advisable for the legal and proper consummation of all agreements and transactions contemplated within this Agreement, each in form and substance acceptable to Parent.
