Common use of Third Party Contractors Clause in Contracts

Third Party Contractors. Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

All such insurance shall (ai) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.610.8, (bii) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (ciii) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (div) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirementsrequirements as may be appropriate, taking into account the nature of the work or service to be provided by such Third Party Contractor, as shall be reasonably determined by Landlord.

Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor general contractor or any other thirdmechanical, electrical or plumbing sub-party contractor contractors (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum commercially reasonable insurance requirementsrequirements consistent with the terms of this Article 10.

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s 's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s 's reasonable minimum insurance requirements.

Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s 's certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor performing Alterations in the Premises (collectively, a “"Third Party Contractor”"). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s 's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s 's minimum insurance requirements.

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurancewith respect to property damage, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s reasonable minimum insurance requirementsrequirements for contractors and include products and completed operations coverage.

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurancewith respect to property damage, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirementsrequirements and include products and completed operations coverage.

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s 's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-non- contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum 's commercially reasonable insurance requirementsrequirements consistent with the terms of this Article 10.

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s 's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s 's commercially reasonable minimum insurance requirements.

Third Party Contractors. Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven five (75) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor retained or engaged by Xxxxxx (collectively, a “"Third Party Contractor”"). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord the Additional Insureds as an additional insured insureds under such third party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6policies, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s third party's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s 's commercially reasonable minimum insurance requirementsrequirements (which may vary depending on the type of work or vendor taking place in the Premises).

All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements, including, without limitation, the insurance limits set forth on Exhibits H and I attached hereto.

All such insurance shall shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s 's liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s 's commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s 's minimum insurance requirementsrequirements to the extent appropriate and reasonable for the scope of services being provided by such Third Party Contractor.
