Third Party Disclosure. Disclosure by the Receiving Party to a Third Party shall be made only to the extent necessary to enable the Receiving Party to comply with its contractual obligations to the Disclosing Party, and only if such Third Party has executed a confidentiality agreement containing terms that are at least as protective as the terms of this Agreement.
