Third Party Disclosures. The Company shall not sell, rent, lease, trade or otherwise disclose to a third party any Confidential Student Records received from the LEA or its students except as permitted by state or federal law. The Company shall in all respects comply with the applicable provisions of FERPA, COPPA, ISSRA, SOPPA, MHDDCA and PIPA, as amended from time to time.
