Common use of Third Party Documentation Clause in Contracts

Third Party Documentation. All third party equipment used shall be accompanied by the following documentation:  All technical drawings (layout, circuit diagrams, flow charts etc.)  Maintenance / Operating manuals  User manuals  Software if applicable Acceptance for the use of any third party equipment shall be obtained from the Project Manager prior to the acquisition of any such equipment. The Project Manager also has to approve any documentation provided for such equipment.
