Third Party Embedded Code. To the extent that the BETA System contains any embedded, third-party code, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to such third-party code and AssetMark’s use of the BETA System, including such third-party code, will be governed by this Agreement and not any other terms. For the purposes of this Section 3(d), embedded code does not include interfaces to any third-party software or third-party systems.
