Common use of Third Party Enforcement Rights Clause in Contracts

Third Party Enforcement Rights. 23.1 Each of the persons to whom clauses 7.1 and/or 7.2 applies may under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 enforce the terms of clauses 7.1 and/or 7.2 (as applicable).
