Common use of Third Party Enforcement Rights Clause in Contracts

Third Party Enforcement Rights. 30.1 The Connected Persons specified in clause 24 (Whole Agreement) shall have the right to enforce the relevant terms of that clause by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. This right is subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any Connected Person and; (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Third Party Enforcement Rights. 30.1 32.1 The Connected Persons specified in clause 24 (Whole Agreement) 27 shall have the right to enforce the relevant terms of that clause by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. This right is subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any Connected Person and; and (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Third Party Enforcement Rights. 30.1 28.1 The persons referred to in clause 8.8 and the Connected Persons specified in clause 24 (Whole Agreement) 23 shall have the right to enforce the relevant terms of that clause 8 and clause 23, respectively, by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. This right is subject to to: (i) the rights of the parties Parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any person referred to in clause 8.8 or any Connected Person andPerson; and (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This right is subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any Connected Person and; and (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This right is subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any Connected Person and; and (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
