Third Party Fees. The Company shall be responsible for all third party license and other fees and all other Company Costs in connection with the License Grant, except for the fees to be assumed by the Licensor as set forth in Section 4.6, any fees payable to the Université de Sherbrooke related to the Xxxxxxxx Patent and any fees related to the action undertaken by Xx. Xxxxxxxx as described in Schedule 7.1 hereto.
