Common use of Third Party Infringement of Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

Third Party Infringement of Patent Rights. Each Party agrees to bring to the attention of the other Party any Third Party product it discovers or has discovered which relates to any of the Patent Rights, and to cooperate with each other so that each Party can determine whether a Third Party product may infringe a Valid Claim of a Patent Right. To the extent a Party believes a Third Party may infringe the Patent Rights, the Parties shall reasonably cooperate to address such concerns.
