Third Party Interests. The other parties to this Agreement hereby represents to the Trustee that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Trustee in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Trustee’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.
Third Party Interests. Each party to this Indenture (in this paragraph referred to as a “representing party”) hereby represents to the Trustee that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Trustee in connection with this Indenture, for or to the credit of such representing party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such representing party hereby agrees to complete, execute and deliver forthwith to the Trustee a declaration, in the Trustee’s prescribed form or in such other form as may be satisfactory to it, as to the particulars of such third party.

The Corporation hereby represents to the Trustee that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Trustee in connection with this Indenture for or to the credit of the Corporation, either: (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case the Corporation agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Trustee’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.

Each party to this Agreement hereby represents to the Warrant Agent that any account to be opened by, or interest to held by the Warrant Agent in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Warrant Agent’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.

The Company represents to the Warrant Agent that any account to be opened by, or interest to held by the Warrant Agent in connection with this Indenture, for or to the credit of such party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Warrant Agent prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.
Third Party Interests. Each party to this Agreement (“Representing Party”) hereby represents to the Security Trustee that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, Security Trustee in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such Representing Party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such Representing Party hereby agrees to complete, execute and deliver forthwith to Security Trustee a declaration, in Security Trustee’s prescribed form or in such other form as may be satisfactory to it, as to the particulars of such third party.
Third Party Interests. Subscriber’s interest in and obligations with respect to any programming, materials, or data to be obtained from third-party vendors, regardless of whether obtained with the assistance of Xxxxxxx, shall be determined in accordance with the agreements and policies of such vendors.

(a) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or
(b) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such third party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Debenture Trustee’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.
