Common use of Third Party IP Clause in Contracts

Third Party IP. 27.5.1 Any use of Third Party IP for the purpose of carrying out the Work pursuant to the Contract shall be free of any charge to the Purchaser. NFP Organisation hereby grants to NATO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable licence to use and authorise others to use any Third Party IP for the purpose of exploiting or otherwise using the Foreground IP.
