Third Party Licensee Agreement Restrictions. If any Licensed Rights are subject to licenses or sublicenses granted to Third Parties as of the Effective Date under any Third Party Licensee Agreement, to the extent that such Licensed Rights granted hereunder conflict with the terms of such Third Party Licensee Agreement, such Licensed Rights granted hereunder are granted subject to such terms of such Third Party Licensee Agreement.
