Common use of Third Party Medical Devices Clause in Contracts

Third Party Medical Devices. Integrator or End User shall procure any desired third party medical devices, and support thereon, which may be used with the HealthPresence Products. Integrator acknowledges and agrees and will ensure that End User is aware and agrees that only those third party medical devices specified the User Guide (“Interoperable Devices”) are intended for use with the HealthPresence Products.
