9.1.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the parties do not in any way intend that any person or entity must acquire any rights as a third-party member of this Contract.

If a dispute arises between you, your Members, Third Party Members or their respective invitees or Guests, we shall have no responsibility or obligation to participate, mediate or indemnify any party.
Third Party Members. GRT has delivered to Purchaser true, complete and accurate copies of all material agreements to which any GRT Transaction Party is a party pertaining to the applicable GRT LLC, a complete list of which agreements is included in the Disclosure Schedule.
