THIRD PARTY MISAPPROPRIATION. 7.1 In the event the Receiving Party becomes aware of any misappropriation or misuse of any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party by any person or entity, the Receiving Party shall immediately advise and notify, both orally and in writing, the Disclosing Party.
