The sale of the Interests may require the approval or consent of lessors, joint interest owners, farmors, sublessors, assignors, grantors, parties to agreements, or governmental bodies having jurisdiction. Seller assumes full responsibility for obtaining any such consent and approval, including, as necessary, obtaining waivers of maintenance of uniform interest provisions from joint interest owners, and furnishing Seller with proof of such consent or approval.
