Third Party or Affiliate Easements on the Premises. Lessor shall not grant or assign to any third parties any new easements, rights-of-way, licenses or any similar real property interests on the Premises without the prior written consent of Lessee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
