Common use of Third Party or JBE Services Clause in Contracts

Third Party or JBE Services. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the JBE shall have the right to perform or contract with a Third Party to provide any services or goods within or outside the scope of the Work, including services to augment or supplement the Work or to interface with the IT Infrastructure of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors. In the event the JBE performs or contracts with a Third Party to perform any such service, Contractor shall cooperate in good faith with the Judicial Branch Entities and any such Third Party, to the extent reasonably required by the JBE. Such cooperation shall include, without limitation, providing such information as a person with reasonable commercial skills and expertise would find reasonably necessary for the JBE or a Third Party to perform its services relating to the Work.
