Third Party Products or Services. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will any assignment of a license hereunder or the licenses retained by a Divested Entity grant a license to products or services of a third party acquirer existing on or before the date of the divestment.

If you decide to use any Third Party Products or access any Third Party Sites, you are responsible for reviewing the third party's separate product terms, website terms and privacy policies. You agree that the third parties, and not Forecast5, are responsible for their product's performance and the content on their websites. Forecast5 is not affiliated with these Third Party Products or Third Party Sites and has no liability for them. Forecast5 will not sell your contact information to any Third Party, provided that Forecast5 customers may have access to such contact information through the Forecast5 Services offered hereunder.
Third Party Products or Services. Chainalysis may provide Licensee with access to products, services, information, content, messages, or websites through the Services that are from third parties (including other users) (collectively, “Third Party Products”). Except as expressly provided herein, any use by Licensee of Third Party Products, and any exchange of data between Licensee and any provider of Third Party Products, is solely between Licensee and the applicable third party and may be subject to additional terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Chainalysis shall have no liability in connection with Licensee’s use of any Third Party Products. Chainalysis does not warrant (except as required by law) in any manner, including for accuracy or completeness, or support Third Party Products, except as explicitly specified in an Order and Licensee agrees that Third Party Products are provided AS-IS.
Third Party Products or Services. The Parties agree that Verizon shall not be liable for any damages caused by hardware, software, or other products or services furnished by parties other than Verizon, its agents, or subcontractors, or any damages caused by the products and/or services delivered by or on behalf of Verizon which have been modified, serviced, or otherwise attended to by parties other than Verizon or without Verizon’s prior written and express consent. Customer acknowledges that Verizon shall not be liable for any damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from any act or failure to act by Customer or any third party, including, without limitation, the non-performance, defaults, omissions or negligence of any third party that provides telecommunications services in the country or countries in which Customer’s premises or systems are situated and other countries from, across, to or in respect which Policy Management is provided by or on behalf of Verizon.
Third Party Products or Services. Rho Impact may at any time replace such third party products or services with comparable or improved products or services. Additional third party technology that may be appropriate for use with the Software Services may be specified in the relevant Order Form, as applicable. Customer’s right to use any such third party technology will be governed by its agreement with any such third parties, and Rho Impact makes no warranty as to any third party software other than as expressly included in this Agreement. Customer’s use of any other third party products or services that are not licensed to Customer directly by Rho Impact (“Third Party Services”) shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions applicable to such Third Party Services, as agreed to between Customer and the third party. Rho Impact does not endorse or support, is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability with respect to Third Party Services, including without limitation, the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies related to Third Party Services. Customer agrees to waive any claim against Rho Impact with respect to any Third Party Services.
Third Party Products or Services. From time to time the Consultant may introduce third party products or services to the Company. Such third party products or services will only be implemented upon the Company's written consent. The Company will be required to enter directly into a contract with such third party. Such third party contract shall set forth any commissions or compensation the Consultant may receive from such third party.

If Outpost24 also provides third party products or services within the scope of this Agreement, such third party’s licensing provisions for its products/services shall apply and shall have precedence over the provisions of this Agreement. Unless explicitly agreed between the Parties, Outpost24 shall not be liable for any performance or non-performance of third party products or services.
