Common use of Third Party Products or Services Clause in Contracts

Third Party Products or Services. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will any assignment of a license hereunder or the licenses retained by a Divested Entity (i) grant a license to products or services of a third party acquirer existing on or before the date of the divestment or (ii) cause any third party acquirer to license its previously owned Intellectual Property Rights to the non-assigning Party.
