Common use of Third Party Provider Clause in Contracts

Third Party Provider. Customer acknowledges that CSC uses a third party to deliver the CSC DNS Services provided under the terms of the Agreement. The Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) for the CSC DNS Services is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
