Common use of Third Party Reliance Clause in Contracts

Third Party Reliance. To the extent allowed by law, the GLO shall not use, willingly allow, or cause Work to be used for any purpose other than performance of Developer’s obligations under this Contract without advising any receiving party that it relies upon or uses the Work entirely at its own risk and without liability to Developer.
