Common use of Third Party Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Third Party Restrictions. Licensee shall use best efforts, but in no case less than commercially reasonable efforts, to keep the Source Code confidential, and not to disclose to any third party, directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to, through Licensee’s employees, representatives, agents and independent contractors), the Source Code. Licensee shall not disclose, or grant access to, the Source Code to any third-party manufacturer.
