Common use of Third Party Scores and Other Third Party Services Clause in Contracts

Third Party Scores and Other Third Party Services. TURSS has the capability to offer scores derived from models built jointly with third parties, and other services provided by third parties, which are subject to additional warranties offered or terms imposed by such third parties. If desired by Subscriber, such third party scores and services shall be made available pursuant to separate agreement, which shall be appended as a schedule to this Agreement.
