Third party Software Licence. The Contractor shall ensure that each relevant Third Party grants to the Purchaser a licence to use the Third Party Software on the terms set out in the Contract. Notwithstanding the terms of any such licence agreement, the Contractor shall pay all licence fees and/or other costs in connection with the grant of such a licence to the Purchaser.
