Common use of Third Party Software Clause in Contracts

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing XXXX-based Licensing section above, for any Third Party Software, Partner shall comply with the applicable license terms and requirements of the applicable third party licensor. Partner will ensure all End Users are notified that the Third Party Software is subject to and governed by the applicable third party licensor’s own license terms, and Partner will ensure the End User agrees and accepts such terms.
