Common use of Third Party Warranties Clause in Contracts

Third Party Warranties. Each Party shall enforce any rights, warranties, licenses, terms and conditions and other benefits accruing to it under each of its agreements with third parties participating in or providing equipment, software or other services used in connection with the provision of services under the Alliance Agreements wherever and whenever such Party's failure to enforce any such rights, warranties, licenses, terms, conditions and other benefits could materially impair its ability to provide such services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Alliance Agreements.
