Third Party Workflow Placement. If any of the above Wets Workflows are placed at a location of and/or operated by a Third Party, then either (i) the Third Party shall sign an agreement with IM containing licensing and royalty terms consistent with the existing Agreement between IM and ATMI, or (ii) ATMI and IM will determine at that time how to proceed, provided that the license and royalty terms will be the same as those set forth in the Agreement with ATMI.
