Common use of Third Party’s Dedication Clause in Contracts

Third Party’s Dedication. Gatherer and Shipper may from time to time mutually agree to permit Third Parties to gather Dedicated Production; provided, however, that such mutual agreement will not result in any release of such Dedicated Production from dedication under this Agreement except to the extent the Parties expressly so agree.
