Third Person Information. In the event that a Party discloses to the other Party any confidential information belonging to a Third Person, the Party receiving such confidential Third Person information shall agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Third Person confidential information under which the Party disclosing such Third Person confidential information received such confidential information from such Third Person notwithstanding any terms and conditions contained to the contrary herein.
