Third person’s premises. To the extent that any equipment or thing relevant to the obligations or rights of a Party* under this Contract* is located on the premises of a third person, the Parties* must use their reasonable endeavours to secure for either or both of the Parties* a reasonable right of entry to the third person’s premises.
