Common use of Third Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Third Supplemental Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to, and is entered into in accordance with Section 8.01 of, the 1996 Indenture, and except as modified, amended and supplemented by this Third Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of the 1996 Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.

Third Supplemental Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to, and is entered into in accordance with pursuant to Section 8.01 of, 9.01(f) of the 1996 Base Indenture, and except as expressly modified, amended and or supplemented by this Third Supplemental Indenture, all the terms, conditions and provisions of the 1996 Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.

Third Supplemental Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to, and is entered into into, in accordance with Section 8.01 of, 9.02 of the 1996 Indenture, and except as modified, amended and supplemented by this Third Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of the 1996 Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.
