Common use of This Agreement Clause in Contracts

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement hereof signed by each of the parties hereto (or or, in the case of any party as to which an executed counterpart shall not have been received, receipt by the Administrative Agent in form satisfactory to it of telegraphic, telex, facsimile or other written confirmation from a such party hereto of execution of a facsimile signature page signed counterpart hereof by such party which shall have agreed party) to promptly provide be held in escrow and to be delivered to the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof)Borrower upon satisfaction of the other conditions set forth in this Section 4.01.

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received counterparts from Holdings and the Borrower either (A) a counterpart of this Agreement signed by each on behalf of the parties hereto such party or (or receipt by B) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent from a party hereto (which may include telecopy or electronic transmission of a facsimile signed signature page signed by of this Agreement) that such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof)has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile telecopy signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement.
