Common use of This Section and the General Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

This Section and the General Terms and Conditions. 2.1 This Section forms part of Xantic’s Standard Form of Agreement formulated and amended by Xantic from time to time for the purposes of the Telecommunications Xxx 0000. 2.2 Xantic’s General Terms and Conditions form part of this Section. 2.3 Where any provision of this Section specifies the circumstances in which Xantic may suspend, limit or cancel the provision of a particular Service, that provision applies in addition to, and not instead of, the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions. 2.4 Except as provided for in clause 2.3 above, if there is an inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and this Section, this Section prevails.
