Three Voluntary Options Available Where Attrition is Insufficient. Where the reduction in staffing or alterations in status of positions cannot be fully met by attrition the following voluntary options, as defined in clause 3.9.7 of this Agreement, will be made available to employees: (i) Supernumerary employment; (ii) Retraining; (iii) Long service payment provided that the employer shall not be bound to agree to any voluntary offer. The employer’s decision shall be final.
