If Mxxxx’x employment is terminated (whether by him, by Key, or otherwise) in any circumstances other than those expressly covered by Section 10.2 above, Mxxxx shall not engage in any Competitive Activity at any time during the three year period ending on the third anniversary of the Termination Date.
