Threshold for Adjustments. Anything in this Section to the contrary notwithstanding, the Company shall not be required to give effect to any adjustment of the Strike Price until the cumulative resulting adjustment in the Strike Price pursuant to this Section shall have required a change of the Strike Price by at least $0.01. No adjustment shall be made by reason of the issuance of shares upon conversion rights, stock issuance rights or similar rights currently outstanding or any change in the number of treasury shares held by the Company.
