Common use of Thrivent High Yield Fund Clause in Contracts

Thrivent High Yield Fund. The management fee for this Fund, calculated in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Thrivent Mutual Funds Investment Advisory Agreement, shall be at an annual rate of 0.400% of the first $500 million of average daily net assets, 0.350% of the next $500 million of average daily net assets, and 0.300% of average daily net assets over $1 billion.

Thrivent High Yield Fund. The management fee for this Fund, calculated in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Thrivent Mutual Funds Investment Advisory Agreement, shall be at an the annual rate of 0.4000.40 of 1% of on the first $500 million of average daily net assets, 0.350; 0.35 of 1% of the next daily net assets over $500 million but not more than $1 billion; and 0.30 of average daily net assets, and 0.3001% of average daily net assets over $1 billion.
