Common use of TI General Contractor Clause in Contracts

TI General Contractor. The general contractor for Tenant’s Work, which general contractor shall be selected by Tenant and approved by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Upon such approval, the TI General Contractor shall be engaged by Tenant to construct the Tenant Improvements. Landlord hereby approves of X.X. Xxxxxx & Sons, Inc. as the TI General Contractor.
