TI RIGHT TO MONITOR PRODUCTION. Throughout the Term, during completion of production lots for TI, TI may perform monitoring tests and may recommend disposition or corrective action where variance to the Specifications exists. Anam will support this activity with quality trend reports and such other documentation as shall be reasonably requested by TI from time-to-time. In addition, if at any other time TI detects variances or deviations from Specifications, TI may recommend corrective actions to Anam.
