Common use of Ticking Fees Clause in Contracts

Ticking Fees. Fees otherwise payable pursuant to Section 2.8(c) shall cease to accrue on the Commitment of such Defaulting Lender and the Borrower shall not be required to pay any such fee for such period that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting Lender.

Ticking Fees. Ticking Fees otherwise payable pursuant to Section 2.8(c) shall cease to accrue on the amount of the Commitment of such Defaulting Lender pursuant to Section 2.10(a), and the Borrower shall not be required to pay any such fee for such period Ticking Fees that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that such Defaulting Lender for any period during which such Lender is a Defaulting Lender.
