Common use of TIE BIDS Clause in Contracts

TIE BIDS. In the event that the Department’s evaluation results in identical evaluations of replies for the lowest Group price or three bidders with the lowest Group price, the Department shall select Bidder(s) based on the criteria identified in Rule 60A-1.011, Florida Administrative Code.

TIE BIDS.
