TiGenix’ Representations Sample Clauses

TiGenix’ Representations. TiGenix makes to Genetrix the representations set out in Schedule 11 (the “TiGenix’ Representations”) as at the Signing Date and as at the Closing Date or, as the case may be, any such earlier date as of which any TiGenix’ Representation is expressly made.
