Timber Lease, Certificates of Estoppel. Each Landholder shall, from time to time, use its best efforts to obtain from the lessor under any Timber Lease or any grantor or current owner of the property encumbered by any Timber Deed such certificates of estoppel with respect to compliance by such Landholder with the terms of the Timber Lease as may be requested by the Administrative Agent.
