Common use of Time and Form of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Form of Payment. Subject to satisfaction of any Tax-Related Items as provided for in Section 8 of this Award Agreement, any vested Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall be paid by Micro in Shares (on a one-to-one basis) within 30 days after the applicable Vesting Date stated above (which for purposes of this Section 3 includes the date of any accelerated vesting under Section 6 below).

Time and Form of Payment. Subject to satisfaction of any Tax-Related Items as provided for in Section 8 of this Award Agreement, any vested Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall be paid by Micro in Shares (on a one-to-one basis) within 30 days after upon the applicable Vesting Date Date, or, if the Restricted Stock Unit Award vests on more than one date, upon the Vesting Dates stated above (which for purposes of this Section 3 includes the date of any accelerated vesting under Section 6 below)above.
