Common use of Time and Form of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Form of Payment. Subject to satisfaction of any Tax-Related Items as provided for in Section 8 of this Award Agreement, any vested Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall be paid by Micro in Shares (on a one-to-one basis) upon the Vesting Date, or, if the Restricted Stock Unit Award vests on more than one date, upon the Vesting Dates stated above.

Time and Form of Payment. Subject to satisfaction of any Tax-Related Items as provided for in Section 8 7 of this Award Agreement, any vested Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall be paid by Micro in Shares (on a one-to-one basis) upon no later than the Vesting Date, or, if following May 31 after the Restricted Stock Unit Award vests on more than one date, upon close of the Vesting Dates stated aboveMeasurement Period (as defined in the 2009 LTP).

Subject to satisfaction of any Tax-Related Items as provided for in Section 8 of this Award Agreement, any vested Restricted Stock Unit Awards shall be paid by Micro in Shares (on a one-to-one basis) upon within 30 days after the Vesting Date, or, if applicable vesting date (which for purposes of this Section 4 includes the Restricted Stock Unit Award vests on more than one date, upon the Vesting Dates stated abovedate of any accelerated vesting under Section 6 below).
