Common use of Time and Place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at the offices of the Company at 10:00 A.M. on the date this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The date of the Closing is herein referred to as the "Closing Date."

Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by pursuant to this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place on the Closing Date, at 9:00 a.m., local time, at the Minneapolis offices of the Company at 10:00 A.M. on the Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx or such other date this Agreement is executed and delivered or place as shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The date of the Closing is herein referred to as the "Closing Datehereto."
