Time and Place of Payment. With the exception of the payment of the third month’s Rent for Subleased Premises A, which shall be delivered by Sublessee to Sublessor upon Sublessee’s execution of this Sublease, all payments of Rent shall be made, in advance, without notice, on the first (1st) day of each month during the Term, and addressed to address in the Notice provision or to such other person or at such other place as Sublessor may from time to time designate in writing.
