Time and Place of Payments. Lessee will pay Lessor Basic Rent monthly, in advance, and on the fifth day of the month without abatement, deduction, or offset. Additional Rent will be paid on or before the due date. Payment of all Rent will be made to Lessor to the address set forth in Section 12.3 or such other place as Lessor may designate in accordance with the requirements of Section 12.3.
